Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time & Carrier
We offer FREE shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7-9 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this window, the order begins processing and cannot be canceled.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@shopaquelle.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
The Better Pet Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please file a claim with USPS.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
